Electricity
Integrate all your electricity interval data into one system – data loggers (our multi-channel iPOWER smart meter), from other energy management systems, your BMS and the supplier via ftp. Data is automatically normalised to allow aggregation across systems and sites. Emissions factors are also applied for GHG reporting. Manually enter or batch load usage and costs from bills using our online Invoice Module to visualise this data in the same range of charts and reports. Use Bill-Check to compare invoice figures against the live data. A wide range of usage reports, alarms, carbon emissions and KPI trend charts are available.
-
Gas
Gas usage data can be uploaded from loggers, your retailer, other energy management systems or your BMS. Invoiced usage and costs can be added online then charted and reported just as for live data. Invoiced and live data can be compared online for bill checking. A wide range of usage reports, carbon and KPI trend charts are provided. Alerts for high after hours usage, MHQ, MDQ and low LPG tank levels alerts are transmitted to give comprehensive gas supply, consumption and cost management.
-
Water
Water data can be uploaded from loggers, water information systems, your BMS or from bills using our Invoice Module A wide range of usage reports, KPI trend charts and leak alerts are provided. Usage can be split by shift or business hours to highlight unexplained usage or leaks.
SMART METERING – AMI + AMR
N2Ndata supports all forms of smart metering including AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) and AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) applications. It is ideal for monitoring utility supply meters plus owner or tenant water (hot and cold), electricity and gas submeters in Multi Unit Properties (eg apartment towers, shopping centres, office suites). Our system reduces meter reading costs and provides the more frequent interval data need for better utility management. Parameters such as pressure and flow rates can also be recorded and combined with customer usage data for network analysis for leak detection and planning. -
EMISSIONS
Electricity, natural gas, LPG and any other relevant fuel use data is normalised to MJ to allow aggregation across fuel sources. It is integrated and processed to provide total energy and carbon emissions reporting. Official emissions factors are used and displayed. The gas retailer’s actual energy content and corrections factors are applied to both manual and live data – all energy and emissions information is accurate and certifiable.
SYSTEMS
Pools
Our poolSMART module aggregates all IEQ, utility, water quality and water treatment plant data then integrates it (eg pH, Cl2, ORP, TDS, NTU, kW, MJ, kL. kPa, RH%, m3/hr, RPM, temp, etc). Both live and manual data entries are hosted in the Cloud and automatically processed to provide pool operators, sustainability managers and health offices with the full picture of pool performance and compliance.Cooling Towers
towerSMART allows best practice in cooling tower performance and risk management. It collects and aggregates a wide range of system related data then processes it to provide compliance officers, plant operators and water treatment contractors with easy to understand tower performance information via the N2Ndata web portal. Real time monitoring, automatic processing and our alarm system means problems are identified immediately, not next month. Water use, bleed, Cycles of Concentration, conductivity, pH, ORP, corrosion, condenser water temperatures and flows, evaporation, system water losses and tower cooling efficiency are all recorded and reported online in real rime. The module also hosts CT risk management plans, service reports, legionella lab report, checks list and all other documents and records required by health regulations – a total risk management platform.
