Retail Customers
ecoDATA is available direct to retail customers who have just one or several or even a national portfolio of buildings and/or infrastructure assests. Customers can take on none, some or all of the system Administration responsibilities. The system can be branded as ecoDATA or framed to the customer’s web site and branded in the corporate colours with logo under a White or Private Label arrangement. Such customers need to have the scale, expertise and resources to take on this significant administration role. Retail customers are not authorised to on sell or or use ecoDATA to provide fee paying services to others. -
Wholesale ecoPartner
ecoDATA is available to qualifying ecoPartners on a wholesale basis so they can build their own business. This could be a franchise arrangement under the ecoDATA banner or as an independent business using a new branded. ecoPartners are given full control of all system administration tools and copies of all documentation. Franchisees are given access to all our training and marketing resources. We continue to host the data, maintain and develop the software as well as provide technical support. The system is framed to the ecoPartner’s own web site in their corporate colours and showing their logo under a ‘White Box’ arrangement. Software escrow agreements provide business security. -
Pricing
Fees and charges are mainly pay as you go. Monthly subscription fees per DataPoint cover access to the web information portal and data hosting and network data charges if applicable. The costs get less as the number of points gets larger and/or the contract term gets longer. Other fees involve Named User Licences, Module Access (ie ecoDATA BASIC or PRO) and web site co-branding. When we administer the system for a direct customer then there are charges for the initial system configuration to suit reporting requirements and setting up each DataPoint. We can also provide professional consulting service to help you develop your User Requirements, metering and communications network design, budgets and even with the hardware procurement phase. Our long experience in both monitoring and utility efficiency projects means that we have learnt a lot of lessons; we are happy to share them but is best if we get involved early in the process!
